For high school players in grades 9-12, you can find upcoming schedules for weight lifting, practice, scrimmage, team events, and game times on our team's Google calendar,

HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETE FORMS

Follow the link below for quick access to all required documents including physicals, eligibility forms, and team agreements.

The preferred method for completing them is through the Parent Portal, but they are also available online or at the high school’s office.

CONCESSION STAND SIGN UP

Volunteer for game-day concessions and support the team through the Parent Athletic Club’s (PAC) organized sign-up system. Your volunteer commitment raises money for the entire Appleton East sports program, including football! Please volunteer for at least 1 concession spot for every sport your child participates in.

TEAM COMMUNICATION TOOLS

Stay connected with coaches and teammates through approved messaging platforms including SportsYou and Hudl.

We use the SportsYou app as our primary communication platform for all team updates, announcements, and scheduling. To ensure clear and focused messaging, we maintain two dedicated groups:

Players Group – For athlete-specific updates, practice reminders, and team communications.
Parents Group – For important announcements, game-day logistics, volunteer opportunities, and more.

We encourage all players and parents to join their respective groups to stay informed and engaged throughout the season.
